Mr. Mahmoud Gamal Halima is a graduate of Al-Azhar University, Faculty of Languages and Translation.
He is an Egyptian, an Arabic Native Speaker, with an excellent education in the English language ( Speaking and Writing)
He is well experienced in teaching Arabic & Islamic studies to Arabs & Non- Arabic speakers.
He well memorized the whole Quran during his early years of childhood.
Taught different aged students from all over the world.
Well experienced in dealing with children, all needs, and all different characters, as well as making the classes interesting for them.
Has got a unique technique of teaching Arabic as a second language with fun. Always ready to teach Islamic subjects including Tafseer, Fiqh, the Islamic creed, and the Prophets' Biography as he studied jurisprudence, interpretation of the Qur'an, hadiths, and more about our religion throughout his university years.
Being patient always gives him a credit to be good with the students, and the parents always appreciate it.
Sporting the classes with mind games, to refresh the students' attention.
In 2021 we were lucky to have him as a member of “Minhaj”
His passion is teaching Arabic to Arabic and non-Arabic speaking students
He has taught the Holy Quran, Tajweed, Arabic, and Islamic Studies

We have been with Minhaj for a while now, particularly Mr. Mahmoud. Alhamdulillah, I am very pleased with the lessons. The teacher speaks the English language fluently, which is critical for non-Arabic speakers students. Despite the fact that we are dealing with hyperactivity and other challenges, Mr. Mahmoud manages to keep Yousef engaged, and interested. Which was a huge concern for me when I was starting the online lessons and I am sure all the moms out there dealing with kids with ADHD. As for the main purpose; which is teaching our kids about Islam, I can see the outcome of the lessons almost instantly Alhamdulillah. He asks to join in our prayers on his own and much more. I can see the seed of faith impeding itself in his heart and that’s all I can hope for. Our son’s teacher, Mr. Mahmoud, is very patient, down-to-earth, a true listener, and very friendly. This is why this has been working for us. Thank you!
