Flipped Education
Teaching has been never an easy job, neither for the teacher nor the students. Even if it is not a group of classroom students, and it is only online classes. It is always difficult for the teacher as it is not only an educational but also a management process.
It is about how entertaining, disciplining, watching the attitude, and of course to follow their improvement and to be shared with the parents. As you can imagine; it is quite a complicated process. However, If it is only based on teaching or education, it would have been easier process. So it is very important for the teachers to manage all these factors together at the same time.
So teachers always try to find different ways to improve their performance in one way and classroom management at the same time. One of the ways that always gets me amazed about the result is the “Flipped Education”, where I’d like to share with you my personal experience with it here in the following audio.
